Good management information answers three questions in the same place: how are we performing, what are we doing about the gaps, and what exactly does each number mean. This demo puts an executive overview, a remediation action register and a set of metric definitions side by side, so every status on the first page can be traced to an action, an owner and a calculation.
Service performance
Actual Target 95%Cases resolved within the service standard, by month.
Remediation by workstream
Actions closed by month end, out of the four planned in each workstream.
Gold marks a workstream with an action past due. Completion counts actions, so every action carries equal weight.
Where attention is needed
Open actions past their agreed due date at the selected month end.
One action register: clear ownership, deadlines and evidence.
Select an action to see its evidence or next step. Status is worked out at the selected month end, so an action closed in September still shows as open in August.
Defined once, used everywhere. Every KPI has a calculation, an accountable owner and explicit thresholds.
A shared language for management information
In a Power BI build, each definition becomes one measure in a shared model, with a common date table and one piece of status logic reused by every page, so a red on the overview and a red in the register can never disagree. This page is a browser prototype of that design, not an embedded Power BI report.
Illustrative thresholds, fictional records, no client data. Workstream names, owners and figures are invented for the demonstration.
